The Culture Carrier Roundtable was created in 2010 in order to preserve and develop the entrepreneurial culture of First Republic Bank within a context of continued growth. Employees from various geographies, roles, and tenure are invited to participate in a series of discussions and exercises led by college professors and subject matter experts.
